(WLFW / WABX / WEJK / Bud Light) "March To The Championship"
This promotion is being conducted by WLFW / WABX / WEJK and Bud Light via South Central Media Promotions. Entrants from each radio station must adhere to the same contesting rules. The Bud Light "March To The Championship" promotion will encompass two different ways to win one of twenty-five 19" LCD HD televisions.
Promotion #1: Listeners will be driven to visit participating retailers to find the Bud Light display. The Bud Light display will feature a KEYWORD (aka MVP Password) and will direct people to visit either 935thewolf.com, wabx.net or 1071jackfm.com and click on the special "March To The Championship" banner. Clicking that banner will take them to a site where they can enter the provided KEYWORD. After entering the KEYWORD they will be taken to an online entry form where they must enter their name, date of birth, address, city, state, zip, country, phone number and email address. After agreeing to rules and conditions entrants can submit their entry. This promotion will run March 1st through April 5th, 2010. Twenty-one winners will be randomly selected by all combined entrants on April 6th, 2010. Winners will be notified by phone and must be home to win or return the call within two weeks to claim their prize. Winners may not substitute or transfer prize, but sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value. Value of each television on $200. A maximum of one entry per person is allowed. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
Promotion #2: Listeners will be driven to visit us online at either 935thewolf.com or wabx.net to take part in our Bud Light "March To The Championship" Bracket Challenge. There will not be a Bracket Challenge at 1071jackfm.com. Entrants must become registered users on our Bracket Challenge page. Entry is free. Beginning March 14th they must select teams to fill in their bracket. This is a classic bracket game where users test their college basketball knowledge and try to select a winning bracket for the NCAA Men's Basketball Division 1 Tournament. Official bracket rules can be found on the Bracket Challenge page. The tournament will end with the championship game on April 5th, 2010. On April 6th, 2010, a television winner will be selected via the highest point total (tiebreaker included) from each Bracket Challenge. We will have one television winner from each website. We will also award a third and a fourth television randomly from all who participated in the Bracket Challenge. A total of four winners will be chosen through the Bracket Challenge. Winners will be notified by phone and must be home to win or return the call within two weeks to claim their prize. Winners may not substitute or transfer prize, but sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value. Value of each television on $200. A maximum of one entry per person is allowed. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate. In the event that an individual under the age of 21 participates and wins any prize in the Bracket Challenge they will receive a Drive To Vacation in place of the television.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received, and the ability to fill in a winning bracket.
No substitutions for prizes. Winner must provide their own government / legal documents. This is solely the responsibility of the winner. Qualifiers must possess valid picture identification. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Winners are responsible for any state, federal, or local taxes that may apply. To take possession of the grand prize, the winner must sign a letter of release for promotional / legal purposes. Grand prize winners will also fill out a 1099 form for tax purposes.
All participants automatically release to WLFW / WABX / WEJK and Bud Light the right to use their name, voice, and likeness.
Employees and immediate families of South Central Media and its affiliates, sponsors, their owners and agents and Bud Light are ineligible to participate, nor employees of other radio stations or broadcast media outlets within 100 miles.
WLFW / WABX / WEJK and Bud Light are not responsible for loss of internet service or other reasons that may prevent anyone from completing their entries. We are not responsible for any technical problems.
WLFW / WABX / WEJK, our owners, agents and Bud Light are not responsible for any prize deemed defective or insufficient or for failure to deliver on the part of any sponsoring agent or supplier.
WLFW / WABX / WEJK have the sole right to initiate and end contest play. Only WLFW / WABX / WEJKcan declare the actual winners. All decisions made by WLFW / WABX / WEJK are final. WLFW / WABX / WEJK reserve the right to change or modify the rules at any time.
If it is discovered that the contest rules were violated in any way, prize winnings must be refunded to WLFW / WABX / WEJK.
